If you have any suggestions or issues that you wish to raise please ask at reception for more information.
We offer a practice complaints procedure to deal with comments, suggestions and complaints about the service we provide. Our practice / reception manager will give you further information. Our aim is to give you the highest possible standard of service and we try to deal swiftly with any problems that may occur. Complaints should be put in writing FAO Complaints Administrator.
Should you be dissatisfied with the outcome delivered by the practice you are entitled to take your case to NHS England:
